What do you have when you get a sweet tooth?
No Sugar Added Fudgesicles or Sugar Free Popsicles. Usually you can find them next to each other in the store. Someone said Klondike has some NSA bars too. The ones I eat have 2g of sugar and a few grams of sugar alcohols. I haven't had any issues yet. I don't ever eat more than one a day though.

I'm a year out, so if I have calories left for the day and I want something sweet, I will have a Fiber One brownie or bar. They are only 90 calories, low in sugar, and have about 5 grams of fiber. As early out as you are, you might do best with a sugar-free popsicle or fudgesicle.
sf jello, popsicles. I love my calcium citrate chewy bites from bariatric advantage they taste like candy and we need the calcium anyway so they work good. I have had some sf candy but limit it to one as the sugar alcohols are typically a lot and they bother me if they are too high. when you are further out you can have a piece of fruit. I also like the Atkins protein bar - the chocolate carmel one but couldn't do that as early out as you are.
I found after going a couple of months without them in the beginning they cravings are limited and it's funny because now they don't taste as good as I remember.
The last thing I wanted was something sweet because unfortunately everything tasted ungodly sweet from the shakes to the puddings, you name it. Plus with the nausea it was like it took all I could to do to get in my liquids and shakes so I can't help you with this one. SF jellos and puddings and natural applesauce. Takes time to break the cycle of craving carbs and sugars. Hang in there. Jane
Sweets are a slippery slope for me. I am afraid to find something that I might like too much - so I try and avoid them. I will do the previously mentioned SF popsicles.
I also agree that the Bariatric Advantage Creamy bites are good. I would invest in those. I have Chocolate, Caramel, Raspberry and Lemon.
This is my current go-to treat: It is a bowl of strawberries, blackberries and lemon zest that I mash together with 1 tsp. of raw honey. (It doesn't need the honey when berries are actually in season.) I let that sit in the fridge for awhile until everything gets all juicy, then I put 1/2 cup of plain, tart yogurt on top. It is so very delicious.
