What do you have when you get a sweet tooth?
Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't realize your surgery was so recent. For some reason I read the date as 2012. In that case, you are probably not cleared for berries with seeds in them yet. This same yogurt treat is delicious with just some finely, finely grated lemon or orange zest and a tsp. of agave or raw honey (that adds 4g carbs).

I just had the most divine treat I've tasted in forever. I'm only going to allow myself one a day (if that), cause they're 35 kcal each, but ohmygosh Calcet Citrate Creamy Bites Chocolate Fudge flavor is a little piece of heaven on earth. Not to mention having 500 mg of calcium and some amount of vitamin D :). Yum!!!!!
If you are on soft foods, something I still whip up for myself since pies, pastries and cookies are my downfall is to take 1/4 c. ricotta, cottage cheese or greek yogurt and 1 egg. Beat with whire whisk. I add 4 splendas, 1/2 tsp vanilla, duncan hines sensation creations cinnamon roll flavoring 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp depending on taste, and whisk again. Top with 1 tsp butter and if you want, some SF jelly and pop in microwave for 2mins to 2mins 30 seconds and eat.
Honestly taste like a pastry to me! It is one of my go to foods especially at the end of the day when I am tired and not wanting to cook much.
