So this morning I noticed I had a pain under my left ribcage, Its not a constant pain, just seems when I turn certain directions or stretch out a certain way i can feel it. Is this where my pouch is, and could it be related to that? It feels like cramping...has anyone else experienced this? I will probably contact my Dr if it doesnt go away shortly, just wondering if anyone else had any advice

Your pouch would be in the general vicinity.  If the pain persist definitely call your surgeon.

I get my pain there for a couple of reasons.... either I ate too much or I'm constipated.    It's very bad when I'm constipated so I make sure I keep things moving.

I was told that "gas" pains after surgery can last up to months.  Also, on the left side is where you had most of the "work" done....  I am 31/2 months out and I sometimes gets pains on my left side, so when I went to my 3 month post op, I asked about it and that is what my surgeon told me.     Good luck!! Hope it passes!!
