1 yr today- didnt hit my goal
Exercise alone does not cause weight lose, reduction in calories does. You can't exercise so you have to cut calories, I mean CUT them, 1000 calories a day will make you lose weight, maybe slowly but it will happen. I get you had a goal and wanted to meet it but this isn't a race, there is no finish line, this is for life, you need to do whatever it takes to weigh what you want forever. It is all up to you and how much effort you want to put into reforming your eating. It can be done, if you want it bad enough. I lost 100% of my weight and kept it off, I am 137lbs 8 years post rny, by sheer determination to never fail. You can too.
And nit everyone gets to goal at exactly one year. I still have twenty pounds to go to reach my doctors goal. But I keep working at it. I haven't lost since November-December. So keep logging your food intake. You can still lose

Go to the doc, seek out a dietician, start measuring and tracking. It won't comte off as fast as it did the first six mo but it can come off. I'll bet if you start tracking today you'll be surprised at what you are putting in daily.
I only exercised about 2 weeks of my journey and am below goal because I still follow the rules, and my rules are stricter than my surgeons because his counts in the exercise he recommends.
Don't give up. You still have some malabsorption more than likely and definitely still have restriction. Use it.
