Surgery a year ago today!

Jane! Wow, congratulations! 

I will face my one year anniversary on the 22nd, and I am so esctatic for the next year! :)

We just have to keep on keeping on!

Thank you again to those who just posted not too long ago!  You know, I almost didn't post my one year because it's like ok, one year since the surgery but it's what I will be doing down the road that is the tell-tell all.  I am not discounting anyone believe me when we make it to our one year, but compared to the vets out there who show the long term success that is what it's about. 

Larry and I have discussed being so much older than the average patient and we don't have the luxury of time (not that anyone does) to make mistakes and gain and lose.  This is it for us, our last shot so we better do it right the first time.  Again, not that everybody shouldn't get it right out the gate.  Best wishes back at everyone! Way to go Jane!!  I remember you were a frequent flyer with Larry out here when I first got on board OH.  Congratulations on your anniversary! 

Happy Anniversary, Jane!  It's been lots of fun sharing in your journey.  You've offered lots of fantastic (straight from the hip info) for others too.  You are a great asset to the WLS community, keep paying in forward.

The absolute best thing about this post is that we all know who you are ...   You have stuck around to pay it forward and truly join the community.   Most people post like it's twitter for a month or two and then only turn up to AW with pictures now and then!  

YOU and Larry are an inspiration  to we "over 28's" and I look forward to you sticking around with your rainbow pooping unicorn posts     I love our sometimes dysfunctional little community xxx

Hahahahahaha!  thank you Sin Kim!  "Our sometimes dysfunctional community" Oh how I enjoyed that and it's true!  It is like our little family except with lots and lots and lots of siblings!!!  Unless I am underground, dirt wise, I plan on sticking around and annoying everybody!!!!
