How much were you able to eat 2.5 months post op?

It surely varies person to person.  I do believe surgeons today are making pouches larger than when I had surgery (for the most part).  There was no way I could eat 1/2-1 cup of food at 2 months out.  More like 1 OZ maybe 1 1/2 OZ at a meal.

Long-term a cup of food is what is recommended forever and it's what I usually eat now (maybe 1 1/2 cups if it's not a dense protein).

Honestly I'm somewhat concerned with how much new post-ops are able to eat at a few months out.

Honestly I don't think its concerning it wouldn't be up to a cup even when I was on soft foods. I do feel restriction in fact my, pouch is small and I was bypassed a lot, like 140. I just wanted to know how much everyone else ate at this point.

This is not just a cup of dense proteins, though, I weigh veggies, etc in with it everything together equals 8oz
