When I had the leaks and the build up of fluids in my abdo cavity I was in excruciating pain and even before the pain started we were able to tell after the first time because I became confused and irrational and was slightly delirious, if you have a leak you will know.

Boy, you look terrific. Take heart about the stall. I had one at nine months and another one for thirteen weeks that I just broke last month. It was such a long stall I started to wonder if my body was done even if I wasn't.
Here's to you having a speedy hernia surgery recovery!

Thanks rosy- the rational side of me knows its just a stall but the irrational tiny fat voice occasionally pipes up with some unwanted rubbish- I'm getting a hold on her slowly!!

i just can't wait till I can run again!
