I have had this info in the past but can't find my note on it. I want to try the syntrax nectar latte cappuccino and the chike coffee flavored powder Kelly likes. Where is the nest place to get either free samples or pay for samples. I have been using the Celebrate ENS and doctoring it up to an iced coffee flavor but ran out this morning. So wanting to try something else. Please advise.

You can get samples of the Chike at chikenutrition.com.  They aren't free but they are cheap.

You can get samples of the Syntrax cappuccino (and about a million other protein powders) at vitalady.com for something like $2 each.  It's a great way to try different brands and flavors.  I order some vitamins from her and I usually pick one or two new samples to try every time I order vitamins.

The Chike has a stronger coffee flavor, I think.  It also has caffeine.  The Syntrax is more like a vanilla latte or something like that.  The flavor is yummy, just not as strong.  And it has no caffeine.  Both are yummy if you like coffee.

Thanks.  I have been using the ENS vanilla cake batter with a tsp of decaf instant coffee crystals added.  Whip it up in my Ninja and serve it over ice in the morning.  Iced coffee with 25 protein and vitamins and minerals but I'm out.  And the ENS is expensive...up to $67 now on amazon.  So I am experimenting.  Thanks again.

I don't know where you live, but some locations of Vitamin Shoppe have an OK selection of sample sized protein powders.  One I went to only had 2 different kinds, but he recommended another one in a town over so I tried there and they had many more.  I would call around and ask if they have a good selection.
