How do you know when you ate a bite too much? Grouchy pouch days!
I think you ate to much I do the same thing when I eat to much or when some thing doesn't agree w/my tummy.I get sick & I feel better after I throw up. The person above is right some days foods agree w/you other days you can't tolerate it. After I had WLS I got sick every time I tried pork chops know matter how I fixed them that lasted for a couple of years. I can eat them now if I chew them really well. Also my surgeon said eat several small meals instead of 3 regular meals.I'm all most 3 years out & still get sick or dump when I eat to much or eat certain foods. Good luck I'm sure you will do great.
I am 4 1/2 years out and couldn't eat all of that!! I would try to spread some of that dense protein over the day instead of trying to have all that in one meal. The yogurt is a slider food and will just slide through your pouch. If I were you, I would try to eat the cheese with one of the yogurts, an egg with another and maybe the rest at night. I fully agree with the others that said that one cup of food as early out as you are seems like A LOT!

At 6 years and 3 months out I cannot eat all that in one sitting even if I tried. I think you might have had too much dense protein at once and it was too much for your pouch to handle. I can only speak for me ...I could manage close to but not all a half of a chicken breast and some salad but at the first sign of being full my nose starts running like an uncapped faucet and I get this intense pressure line cutting right under my breast as if my pouch draws the line at 'this is it!' ... if I eat another bite I lose it all ... I did that the other morning with some awesome cinnamon steel oats with a bit of protein powder added that my DH made for me ... I had gone running earlier and I ate a bit too fast and even when I was full, runny nose and pressure under the breast and all I decided to have one more spoonful to complete my calorie count ... bad idea .. that extra spoonful landed me in the bathroom losing an otherwise awesome meal ... it comes right back up if I overdo it so I try not to ..I get this horrible gag reflex and can't even stop it most of the times if I eat one bite too many.... Other days I am able to eat a bit more while sticking to my daily caloric allotment for my lifestyle and exercise routine to maintain my weight...
