Hi, Tyra

I like Syntrax Nectar, the Fuzzy Navel (peach/orange) and Strawberry Kiwi flavors.  They are light and refreshing, taste like Crystal Lite or Koolaid to me, and do not have that awful protein taste/smell (at least to me).  I tried many different brands and flavors, and just could not stand the thick, milky ones, even chocolate flavor (and I'm a chocoholic!).  Everyone's tastes are different, however, and what tastes great to me might taste horrible to you.  I would strongly suggest that you order samples of a number of different brands/flavors before you buy a big container of something you might hate.  That way you can find out which ones work for you.  You can order samples on the different companies' websites.  They cost about $2 each.

Good luck on your surgery!  Please be sure to let us know how you do.

Kathy

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
