I can not tolerate any kind of meat. chicken, beef, pork, and ect so that leaves me with really nothing to eat tomorrow at our family BBQ. I can do mayo potatoes and eggs, so that works with potato salad..... but yeah.....  i cant even tolerate noodles for crying out loud!!  I cant even tolerate sugar free ice pops, because it has sugar alcohol in it.... so basically im screwed......  i can eat cheese, pretzels, crackers, baked potato, egg salad, toast, jello and thats about it......

You're not screwed. How about taking some cottage cheese or greek yogurt? Since you can eat cheese, if there is a cheese platter then have some. What about taking some some refried beans with cheese and tortilla chips for everyone. You skip the chips but still have something to eat. Or deviled eggs.
If you take a you friendly dish to shsre then you will have something you can eat.

I would skip the carbs and concentrate on protein. Cheese, and cottage cheese, yogurt. How about some fruit?

A low fat bean salad? Quinoa salad with veggies in it? What about dipping veggies in a greek yogurt ranch dip? Can you do tofu? What about a veggie hot dog on the grill dipped in mustard? If you can eat cheese, what about a veggie and cheese tray? Like cucumbers for the chips and a few different cheeses to put on top? How about hummus? Roasted kale chips? Roasted veggies dipped in hummus? Grilled veggies like zucchini with a little olive oil and salt?

I am a year out and I don't eat noodles, bread, toast, potatoes, crackers, pretzels, sugar alcohols, mayo, or bbq sauce. But I eat lots of other stuff that is healthier anyway.

You can get creative and find lots of great bbq food!

You've got to get away from those carbs. I was only allowed meat cheese and eggs at your stage and luckily could eat most meats. If I couldn't have I would have been doing cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and protein shakes to get my protein in. you can take deviled eggs to pass, a cheese tray, egg salad, bring your own yogurt, or take a protein shake and spend the day enjoying your family and don't worry about the food. That is one of my fave nsv, that get togethers are more about the people than the food now. I enjoy my time much more.

Egg salad would be ideal. Just eat some of that. Or deviled eggs. It's not like you can eat a large quantity of food anyway.

How about refried beans and cheese? Bring some dip and tortilla chips, and just eat some of the dip.
