Along with daily food journaling and monthly local support group meetings, this forum keeps me honest, on track, and more confident that this new lifestyle choice will stay successful for the rest of my life. Hope you find it the same.

Oh Yes i am so glad for this board and it will definitely keep me on track you guys answer a lot of question for post op i see as well that will help me so much in the long run...thanks for replying @selhard :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
