What foods can you now not tolerate after gallbladder surgery?
Is it cheese high in fat? The only t hing that you might not tolerate after gall bladder removal should be fat, because your gall bladder stored bile to be released when you ate things with lots of fat.

Low fat or fat free cheese is all you should be eating. If you are eating reduced fat or full fat, of course you are going to have issues, but you shouldn't have that after RNY, either.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
I eat full fat everything and lost 185 pounds. The demon in food, IMHO, is added sugar and chemicals to make up the "low fat" label... not the fat itself. I weighed 340 pounds eating "low fat".
Of course if you have a sensitivity to fatty foods, that's another story.

I couldn't eat anything fatty; even a little bit. also high sugar foods seemed to run through me in what I guess is a form of dumping syndrome?!?!
Full fat cheese has been fine for me, but what made me run to the washroom was Kraft dinner! Of course I don't eat that any longer.... But when my gall bladder was removed 9 years ago, Kraft dinner for whatever reason was the only thing that caused issues.
