Mine are marginally different, not enough to be visually noticed. You could buy a cutlet (Target sells them!) and put it on the smaller side only to even you out if it is very different.

Hope that helps!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Mine aren't that different but my bra cups have gotten big on me lately. I went to Walmart and they have water filled bra inserts for $5 or $6 that have helped me with my issues. I assume you can use one and it should help. I would guess they give an additional cup size or maybe even a cup and a half. You vant even feel them when they are in

I bought some of those water filled ones too but it just doesn't look right for me. You're talking about a large B cup on one side & maybe an A on the other. It's very different. :(

I'm at the point where I need inserts for both sides! Mine used to be uneven, but now they are equally flat ... Ugggggghhh

I hear ya! Mine are going flat too. I wish they were completely flat, then I could roll them up & stuff them in my bra. Lol

I went to Lane Bryant. They have a large variety of bras. I found a very helpful employee there who spent over an hour fitting/trying different bras until I got the right size and style for my body. I ended up getting a padded bra and an insert that I use on one side to make my uneven/deflated boobs look normal in clothes.
