Biggest Loser 5K Plattsburgh NY Complete

My wife and I did a late 20th anniversary to us from us gift and registered for the Biggest Loser 5K... Today was the day and we had a ball! My favorite part of the day was watching so many MO and SMO people doing well and completing the event...it was awesome! The experience reaffirms my decision to have surgery and get healthy...it was also a great way to spend some quality time with my wife and we even crossed the finish line hand in hand...I hope they got a photo of it!

Awesome! Congrats. Being able to complete a 5K is an accomplishment. I actually did my first official non-walking 5K this weekend too (I have done several but always walked the whole thing---this weekend I jogged the entire thing...was slow but still did it). Amazing the things we are able to do now and even more awesome to do it hand in hand with your wife!

Awesome job... To run an entire one seems far away but then again, a year ago I got winded just going up the stairs!
