You need to have someone other than yourself take a photo and 'chop off your head'. Your mind is filling in the 'old you' and not letting you see the new you.

Give that a try. 75 lbs. is a whole 5th grader!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Get it girl you doing great..... We got a lot in common my surgery was 4/3/13 my highest weight was 330 my goal weight is 170 too good luck on this journey girl.....
