Today is my surgery! I have to be at the hospital at 10:30 and the surgery is at 12:30! I can't believe this is actually happening! Make room on the bench for me :)

Thank you everyone for the thoughts! I am home from surgery now. I was surprised the only time I was really in pain was in the recovery room, once they got that managed they kept me well dosed on meds for the rest of my stay. My surgery was supposed to be at 12:30pm but due to a complication with the patient before me my did not start until 3pm. That was hard waiting so long! I am excited for things to start changing now! I did notice my scale went up since they weighed me at the hospital but thanks to this board I know that is normal and it is from all the IV fluids.
