I'm four days post op and i am having trouble getting in calories. I feel full all the time!!

My surgeon told me to focus on liquids first (to avoid dehydration) and then protein. Don't worry about the calories at this stage. I feel you on the shakes. Have you tried the Unjury chicken soup? I was pretty miserable the first month, but I promise you, it will get better!
