I am 4months post-op and was wondering what food intolerances everyone else has...

So far i can handle 30+ grams of sugar a day no problems
Sugar Alcohols no problem.

My intolerances include

Cream of wheat
Cereal
Bread - but i can eat flatbread or toasted usually with no problem
Dry chicken
Pork it's too dense of a protein for me and it fills me very quickly making me feel bloated and ill
Chicken sausage/kielbasa - Didn't agree with me at all!
Rice - Long grain white
Pasta - I've tried several kinds and they make me feel ill after a bite or two
Pineapples- the texture hurts my pouch going down too stringy for me
Sharp cheddar cheese squares- fills me very quickly and just doesn't feel good eating nor going down.

What about you?

I am one month out today. I have not tried much but so far tuna and thin sliced turkey lunch meat. Also this past weekend I did not think about the fat content of a cheese sauce and oh goodness it made me sooooo sick. Like heart racing sweating shaking running to the bathroom sick.

7 weeks out, pasta a no no, not trying rice because of how sick I got, lot of pain. Can do, lunch meat, totorilla, cheese, chicken, turkey, fish, shrimp, not allowed pork or steak for two more months, no lettuce yet either. Do eggs well.

So no no's are noodles, rice, pasta, haven't tried bread think I will wait awhile.

I am 1 month out and was fine until recently.  I am having a hard time with hamburger, and eggs.  Most meets are making me sick.

I have only tried to eat oatmeal..my plan says no carbs at all.  I ate the oatmeal because i was desperate for something for breakfast.  Having a hard time with breakfast.

Tomorrow will be two months post-op.  I'm having problems with some dairy and breads.  Like others, I can tolerate toasted bread or crackers, occasional flatbread if I really take my time, but tried a bagel last week...no go.  I haven't tried pasta.  I have tried rice and am able to tolerate it well.  So far it hasn't been that difficult...but I'm still a newbie.

Ten weeks out and so far I can tolerate everything (although I haven't tried anything sweet). Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing...
