2 year surgiversary today and feeling great!
I am 2 years post op today and I am feeling really great! I am so glad I made the decision to have this surgery, it has really changed my life! I still get those "head hunger" issues from time to time but have dealt with it as they come. Nothing like it used to be. I have to say my journey has been a good one with only 1 surgery related issue. If I eat something high in sugar, within 2 hours I get hypoglycemic. So I have learned the hard way to just read the labels and be extremely careful with what I put in my mouth.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
