You have to use caution when consuming humans. Although they are packed with protien, some are known to be high in fats.

How many calories and how much sugar do you think one has?  I can't find them on My Fitness Pal.

Hummus, haven't been feeling well, think one thing and write another, oh is me!  The other post I said I ate my daughter, which I meant to say my daughters egg plant parmesean.  I did buy this hummus at Costco, they just started to carry it.  Its called "Tribe" All natural & Gluten-Free Everything Hummas. Ingred. chickpeas, watw=er, canola oil, ground sesame seeds, dried garlic, sea salt, onion, poppy seeds.  Calories 7- per 2 T, 4.5 fat, sodium 115, carbs, 5g, protein 2g

Just wondering, since I am 7 weeks out and when I first ask my NUT she said no.  But, then again my group of Drs, Nut very conservative.  Any feedback, yeah I went off humans, years ago, oh wait a minute, I never tried them, lol.

LOL, Humans was pretty funny, thanks for the laugh.

You can do what works for you as long as you're getting enough of the required nutrients, but the protein is really low. I'd save my space for something that has more protein this early out if I were you.

Glad you quit eating humans ;)
