How many calories were you eating at 4 months out?

I'm the same way, I've never on purpose counted my calories. I mean I know the total because my lose it app tells me my total, but I don't on purpose try to be under any particular amount. The only thing I  count on purpose is my protein.... I feel like I eat way more calories then anyone else!  Sometimes I think it's what you eat, not the calorie count... I often think if I ate half the calories a day, but they were carbs, I'd probably gain... Who knows....

I am 4 months out today. My calories are between 700 to 900. My main focus is 70 to 90 g of protein. I also work out for an hour a day 5 to 6 days a week. This also impacts what calories and protein you need
