Hot Dogs
I eat a hot dog at least once a month... Mmmm and smokies, I just try to be aware of additives.

If you find the casings bother you, you can peel those off. That is what I do, and they sit much better in my pouch. Granted, I've only eaten them twice since surgery, but there you go.

Beef in general may be hard to digest the first few months. Any new thing you try be sure to try it at home...See how you handle it. Start very slow with any new item. Talk to your pouch...Say "Pouch, here is something new...Will you try it and see if you like it"?? If your pouch is in the mood it will try it and let you know very quickly if it feels right or not. Wait a few minutes and see. If it just doesn't feel right down there STOP...Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Wait till things settle down before eating anything else (making matters worse). Just saying to test everything. Brian
