pain below belly button constipation?

Hi i am 2 weeks + post op and i have not had a bm in two days. I have been taking the miralax now for 3 days and have not had any results. I'm worried because i have been going every other day. I have not gone now in 3 days. I have been passing gas but it hurts when i strain to push. sorry for being so graphic. I left a message for my nurse. hope i hear back soon. Ugh i hate not being able to go!!
