Ever notice that weight loss stops right at a milestone?? LOL :)
I'm not complaining...just stating an observation. Every single time that I get to a milestone....my weight loss stops temporarily! I am almost 5 months out and I am 3 stinking pounds from losing 100!!! And I stopped! AGAIN!! When I was 301 and I could not wait to hit 299.... i stopped my weight loss for about a week and a half! DAMN!!! And now when I am so close to losing 100 lbs.... I'm stopped!! I completely understand that your weight loss starts and stops throughout the whole process... I just wish that it would not stop when I am so damn close to a milestone! :) I don't get mad..I just laugh!! Because it will come off and I cannot wait to see 273 because that will be -100 lbs! :)
I remember when I weighed 200lbs it took F-O--R-E-V-E-R to drop to 199. It wasn't that long, but I swore my scale was deliberately screwing with me just to **** me off! The scale becomes like a creature that stares at you in the bathroom, I swear.
No point in telling you to be patient because it is so easy to be on this side and say, "Oh don't worry dear, it will come off". Do you know how many really bad words I say to the computer when I read that???? hahahaha I know not funny............but I feel for you and all of us have been there. I am happy for you though, 100 pouds even though you areclose, I giving you kudos for it anyway!
Jane The hair pulling is for the scale.
Yes I know exactly what you mean. I am almost 4 months out and I keep hitting those plateaus too. Everyone tells me not to get upset but after being obese my whole life I just want to get this weight off. Keep up the good work and Congrats on the 100 lbs as I am sure you will make it there very soon. :)
