Hi Friends!!

I need some help from those who have been through this. I had Gastric Bypass 3 weeks ago. Week #1 lost 9 lbs, Week #2 lost 4 lbs. Week #3 NOTHING!

I am so confused by this! I started back on solids Wednesday and in no way shape or form eating more than 1,000 calories a day. Why am I not loosing and did this happen to you??

THANKS!!

That is 100% normal.  Three weeks is a super typical time to stall.  Don't worry! :)

You are  not losing because people do not lose every week.  That is just how the body loses weight.  Sure, it happened to me.  I think it has happened to everyone, that they had a week or two or a month or longer that they didn't lose anything.  That's how weight loss works.
