So I just worked out the numbers and someway somehow I made it over half way to goal before my 5 month a versary. I started at 261, and am Currently 183, my goal is 120, If i look healthy at 120 i want to maintain there but my strategy was go below my Drs goal to give myself a little wiggle room incase I have a gain. I have 63 pounds  to go to hit 120, hope it comes off as quickly and easily as the first 78 did. Also my nutritionist called me "small" the other day. She kept saying "youre small enough that..." and things and I was like say what they whattt did you just say. Alsoooo Do any of you take the One a Day Womens MultiVitamins Petites? I just want to make sure those are okay to take. I just switched from chewable to pills so I want to be sure.

I just looked them up.  They look mostly OK as long as you take four a day (one serving is two pills, and you'd need two servings, just like with most other multis).  The only thing that would leave you really low on would be vitamin A.  It would only give you half the A you need (5000 IU) and 20% of that is beta carotene, which we can't absorb well at all (but it's a common ingredient in multivitamins) so you might wanna take some vitamin A (either retinol palmetate or retinol acetate), too.  Or just keep a close eye on your labs and when your vitamin A level starts to fall, start taking some then.

Are these a lot smaller than most multis?

I'm not sure if they are any smaller than regular multis, do you have a recommendation of something that would be better

I'm guessing they are smaller, hence the name "petites."  If you took the regular One a Day, you'd just need two a day, not four.  But they would likely be bigger.

These are fine if you like them.  If you don't want to take four a day, and don't mind bigger pills, take the regular One a Day, something like Centrum, or the generic equivalent (it's cheaper).  Then you'd just need two.  But you might still end up needing extra vitamin a.

What caused you to switch from chewables? I moved to Celebrate and my husband and I LOVE them!

I also have the drink sticks for when I need to take them that way, too.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I personally hate the chewable Multis, and because I hate the taste and texture so much I always "forgot" to take them. Taking a pill is so much easier in my opinion, and i know ill actually take it. I do still take the Calcium Chews, I have the caramel and raspberry ones from Bariatric Advantage, and I got some Dulce De Leche ones at GNC that are delish.
