Meeting with surgeon today..what should I ask?

I'm meeting with the surgeon today.  I've read WLS for dummies and a couple of other books so I know a little bit about what to ask about certifications, procedure, etc.   I'm just hoping for advise on what y'all think the most important questions to ask are and/or what you wish you'd asked.
