Colace vs Simply Right

I have finally decided I need to purchase some of these.  I cannot tell if they are capsules or gel caps.  The simply right said "gel filled" capsules.  Can we take these. I read of people taking colace.  Is it a gel filled capsule also.  Simply Right is half the price and the same ingredients but I don't know about this gel situation.  Someone please advise.....

My generic stool softeners are gelcaps too.  I think that is how they all come.

But I thought we could not absorb gel filled capsules.  I read of people taking colace though.  I am now confused.  Can we or can we not absorb colace?

Colace works for me, but its not gel capsules. Just shop around and you'll find something.
