HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Yikes!  I was just thinking about this very issue this morning.  I love referring to it as an "Al Roker"!  ha!

O.k. RNY vets, how often does this happen...really, and does it get better as time goes on or is it completely related to eating something that doesn't agree?

After having a band for almost 5 years and my husband having to watch me, time after time, getting up from the table to regurgitate food, I don't have the heart to tell him exactly what an "Al Roker moment" is!

I want the truth, you all!
