I find that the harder I workout the day before, the hungrier I am the next day.  But then I have some days where I'm just hungry anyway.  kiss

Jilly,  Great job on reaching your goal weight.  :)  I too have those days.  I like my little pouch days, but i don't like how full i feel after eating very little.  I do prefer those days though.

I have that as well, I also notice that if I don't have enough protein I feel that way.  Just a thought, that maybe just me though.
