Ugh Gas Gas and More Gas!!!!

4 Days post Op and everything is going Great No pain at all Recovering is going well except for this Darn Gas trap in the Mid section of my tummy I have walk so much and it still is not moving I do belch every now and then, But I have never wanted to let one Rip so bad I just know that will help what else can I do besides walking to get rid of this trap Gas??????

This is from the surgery and it will pass. Hang in there and keep walking 

Gas x strips, and warm liquids helped me, along with walking.
