Does anyone know of any reason why this would not be good to take? They are liquid gels, and it say the active ingredient is Docusate Sodium 100mg

Mine are little tiny orange pills. I take 1-2 a day. They seem to help me.

I take the Walmart version of those and they too are liquid gels and I have had no problems with them bothering me.

My nutritionist recommended Ducolax plus 1-2 T of bran a day.  I use the Costco version, which saves $$ for more new clothes.  :)

They are great! That is what my surgeon's office told us to take, they are gentle and work very well. I have found that I will get constipated regularly if I dont take a few each week.

When I travel for work, that is what I carry with me. At home, I use Miralax.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
