I am down a total of 169 pounds from my highest of 401 lbs and down 65 lbs since my surgery.

You look amazing. i have been looking at your photos and am tearing up. I don't know you but am so happy an d proud of you.How are you feeling? Did you have any complications? I am awaiting my surgery and have a lot t lose i am about 371. I cant wait till my before and after? If you ever have some time i would love to chat with you. You look fabulous
