Dessert
I have one protein shake in the morning made with 16 ozs.water then 1/2 a bar at night for my chocolate cravings. I do eat cheeses, eggs, but also fruits. I upped my iron so I think that is contributing to the need for Miralax right now. This started with the increase in iron. It is the tender iron so it is the right kind.....carbonyl if that is how you spell it. Hoping it is a passing phase.....pardon the pun.

Isn't that eating and drinking? A bar = eating, right?
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
My dessert is usually calcium gummies, so I definitely get that! Sometimes I miss dessert, but usually I miss sandwiches!
