I'm on my last few vitamins and need to order more. I have been taking the Opurity  multi and calcium for gastric bypass. I was reading up on them and the reviews say they are not as complete as can be as they are lacking the right amount of copper which causes alot of issues. Can anyone help me with this dilemma ? Thank you

Do you prefer a chewable?  If so, Centrum silver is a good choice and it's probably cheaper than Opurity.

If you can swallow pills, a generic equivalent to Centrum is a good choice and it's a lot cheaper.

With either of those options, you'd need two a day.

I don't think Opurity is a bad choice, though I think the Centrum or generic equivalent is a bit better.  Opurity did not have any copper at one point but it does now.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
