1 Pound a Week??

I have been losing about a pound a week for the past few weeks...at first i was like...what the heck...now...I look at it...whoot another pound gone!  If it keeps going at this rate...I will be at goal before I know it!

It looks like you lost a lot pre-op which tends to slow things down post-op. You will not lose as quickly as those who lost nothing pre-op.

Hang in there and just keep doing what you know you are supposed to do.
