8 Months post-op (Pic)
Hello everyone !
I am 8 months post op and I am so thrilled with my results thus far. I have managed to lose 118 Lbs, which means I am only 12 Lbs from my goal weight of 130. I added a picture to give some of the newer members motivation to not give up! I attatched (or at least tried to) a picture of me at my 8 month surgiversary.
THAT IS FANTASTIC!!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
You look fantastic! Just a few more pounds and you'll make goal. Really makes me want to get to my surgery date. Lord willing I will be slim this time next year. Merry Christmas
