I am 4 months post op and feel that I am doing really well. I posted a couple of new pics on my album - going to try to post here but haven't been able to make this work yet... I also posted my story on my blog. Want to wish everyone a very Happy Holiday and hoping we all stay vigilant about why we had this surgery and make good eating and health choices with all the temptations out there!
It's been great to get so much information and support from this forum site - I feel that I can handle anything with all of you, my virtual friends and mentors.

Hee Hee - we have 3 kids and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren who we love to spoil. This is my all-time favorite holiday so I like to do it up. Thx for the sweet words

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
