Good Habits or Obsession?
A little off topic, but I am beginning to think that being a little OCD after WLS is a good thing - or at least it is for me. Even prior to surgery, whenever I felt out of control in any aspect in my life, I always felt better after making to do lists, or planning calendars or whatever. Now, I apply that habit to my nutrition and exercise -
