I was always SO uncomfortable with my back (looking like a retired Line-Backer).... I love seeing progress in this area & wanted to share my progress with those just starting out. I LOVED seeing progress pics when I was looking into WLS, and just after Surgery !! Hell, I STILL love seeing them !!

Oh my God, this gives me so much hope! I am 61 lbs down, and still have the yucky back fat which I hate. I can tell it's getting less, but I want it gone! At least now I have hope that in another 20 lbs or so it might go away. Thanks so much for posting these pics!

Awesome !! Make sure you take pics, cuz honestly, I don't see much of a difference when I look in the mirror.... not as much as when I see the pics side by side !!!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
