Your shake sounds good! Have you tried PB2? It's powdered peanut butter but 2 tbsp has only 45 calories and in a shake it's delicious!!!!

fajitas sound awesome. I just bought some taco seasoning so I will have to make those in a few weeks. I can't wait until I can have Brussels sprouts. They are my favorite veggies and as you know, this soon after surgery no veggies for me. Just soft lean protein. Do you roast them in the oven with spices?

 

I also plan to incorporate great tastes and recipes into my new way of eating! I already feel so good and I feel like I have really good momentum and hopefully the ability to stick with it. I won't say "I will lose and never regain!" Since I can't tell the future but I know I am 100% committed!

7 weeks out tomorrow and here's my foods for the day. Wasn't too into eating but survives!

B: isopure hot chocolate with home made whipped cream

L: 3/4 cup home made chicken soup (about 1/3 cup was chicken and carrot, rest broth)

D: 2 oz pork roast with 2tbsp sauerkraut, romaine salad with mozzarella, yellow pepper, and cucumber with fresh garlic vinegarette. 

Finishing the night with another hot chocolate. 

Ice storms and lots of snow heading our way tonight but the boys start their classes at the Y again tomorrow. Can't wait to get back in the swing of things!!
