What brand of Greek yogurt do you buy? I can't find banana in the Greek, but would love to try your Chunky Monkey...(missing my old friends Ben & Jerry)

I buy plain Greek yogurt (or make my own) and mix it with sugar free banana pudding mix.

It's nice to know that at some point I won't have to psychotically measure and count and track my daily foods :)  Congrats on being successfully in maintenance!

I get some razzing about not counting..... but I have never done it much since surgery, and had no stalls.  I lost for the first year and have been within a few pounds of that since.   I make sure I get my fluids and protein... keep meals small and often, and it falls into place.  I was around 1300 cals the last few times I calculated it out.  My surgeon recommends 1200-1500 after a year so it is all good :)

That's awesome!  I would not razz you - you are obviously in tune with your body's needs and what size portions to eat.  I mean, I don't image that Heidi Klum obsessively measures and counts her food, you know?  I hope to get to that point one day too!

I am just a few days behind you!  Your meals sound similar to me.  I haven't made turkey chili yet but I did find a good recipe.  I am trying to find a slow cooker to buy :)  Do you have one you recommend, or do you make it stovetop?

I honestly just put everything in a crockpot and let it simmer all day.

Slow cookers are awesome for chili. You can throw it all in the pot and it cooks. You do have to stir once in a while.
