How awesome! Did it take you long to get the date for surgery?

I had to pay for my surgery out of pocket so I was able to push much harder about jumping through the hoops to meet the requirements.  I was able to fit in 2 appointments with the nutritionalist, 3 physical therapy, 1 trip to the social worker, and 2 to the surgeon all in about six weeks.  It can be done if you push for it

That's just great, keep me posted. I just turned 30 and would like to  make a new healthier me. Add me if you wish :)

I am also getting weight loss surgery in the next couple months and also in my late 30's as well. I am having the sleeve done and just working on my 5% loss so I can schedule the surgery and have my meeting with the surgeon on 2/5.  I would love to be penpals through the process.
