Ugh I wish you had posted HERE before you ordered from there. This was a viable WLS source years ago, Susan ruined that company and has ranted OH people (many that some of us vets were friends with) because they didn't 1) drink her kool-aid, 2) she used them, 3) left her hypocritical support board forum.
She's been reported to the BBB multiple times.....google and you'll see how bad it is. Sorry you went through the Susan Maria experience.

I'm sorry no one warned you about the company before you ordered from her. For those that have been around OH for a while, it's kind of old news. But of course newer people don't know.
Some sites I like to order from include Celebrate Vitamins, Vitalady.com and Netrition.com. Bariatric Advantage is another good company but I haven't been real happy with their customer service. They are way, way, way better than Susan Marie, though!

I don't want other newbies giving any money to Susan Marie. The day they don't have a website is the day that I feel my $71 was well-spent :)

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Sorry you had this experience. If you're looking for a reputable online supplier of bariatric foods and supplements, I'd recommend www.bariatricpantry.com. I've ordered from them several times and have been highly satisfied with the quality of their food and their customer service. They turn around orders very quickly.

Thanks for the warning! I would post a bad review of them everywhere you can. Sometimes this makes companies rethink their policies, but I doubt this will be one of them. I recommend MyBariatric Pantry - http://www.mybariatricpantry.com/. I've never had any problems with my orders and their turn around is very quick!
