Yum - do you have a recipe for your crustless chicken pot pie?  I imagine cream of chicken soup, chicken, carrots, peas?  Sounds good.

Have fun at Body Pump!

Oh I see you are three weeks pre-op so probably on some soft or pureed food.  Mine was the 16th - we have close surgery dates :)  I am eating my chicken and green chiles and lite mexican cheese that I microwaved, right now.  It's quite good.

For the most part I'm on regular....advanced a few days early. I can pretty much tolerate anything as long as I chew, chew, chew, chew. Thursday will make 4 weeks. I know alot of people have trouble with red meat, but not me. I had some beef veggie soup that had stew meat in it, and it did not bother me. Of course I cut the pieces in halves and chewed like a mo'fo!

I am 16 months out.  My menu is a bit wicky wacky today because I am working a 14 hour day and my food has to snuck into little breaks here and there.

breakfast:  shake with water, chocolate protein powder, flax and peanut butter

snack: tea with milk

snack #2:  3 slices munster cheese and handful of walnuts

lunch:  1/2 cup black bean soup from panera (and why oh why does a bowl of this soup and a tea cost $7.17 for the love of holiness?

snack/dinner:  probably brown rice with pork heart stir fry (sounds gross but tastes amazing)

snack:  2 cheese slices and a small apple

tea with skim milk or sf hot cocoa if I am still hungry
