Sold vacation back for deductible

Hello everyone, I sold a weeks vacation back so I could pay my deductible for my surgery up front.  I thank the Lord that my county employer allows this.  I see the Surgeon next Tuesday and then seek approval for surgery.  Asking for prayers that I get quick approval and a good surgery date.  Thanks in advance.
