Did you reward yourself? I did... feeling guilty.
I didn't read all of the follow up posts, but I will just suggest you don't spend too much money as soon as you hit "goal". For me I've lost an additional 30 pounds since I reached my "goal" weight so if I would have bought a bunch of goal size pants/shirts, I would have wasted a bunch of money. Now I wear either a 4 or 6 in most jeans and either a small or medium top. At my original goal weight I was mostly in a size 10 and a medium or large shirt. (I don't like things to fit too tight.)
On another note, congratulations on reaching goal! Great job and enjoy rewarding yourself!
Yeah I agree. I planned this goal without really knowing what I would look like. I really would like to be in a smaller pant size. I am bottom heavy... Hopefully I can keep going!
It wasn't my plan to get down this low. 140 pounds was about where I wanted to stop losing, but stopping the weight loss wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. This weight is just where I've landed for now. I refuse to do anything stupid though to try to gain any weight, but I certainly don't want to lose any more. 125 pounds is too thin for me in my opinion. I'm 5'6". At least I have a little bounce back room though. I'm a little sad to hear you returned your jeans today though. Maybe when you reach the size you really want to be at you'll be able to find them for a little less! :)
My goal treat, once my skin catches up a bit perhaps, is a cheshire cat tattoo.
And, no guilt allowed! My image consultant and I are going jeans "trying on" for our next session. She is absolutely convinced that the higher end jeans have a different fiber construction that makes a huge difference in fit and finish. Here is one of her blog posts on the topic.

I am wearing my NY&Co jeans for now and I have a pair of hubby's old jeans I can wear when we are offroading, but perhaps I will splurge at goal on one or two pairs of high end jeans. I can wear them on occasion for work and would like to have nice ones.

I have bought myself things for major milestones. 50 and 100 lbs I got new Daussi diamond bands to go with my anniversary ring (white and canary) a frivolous Kate Spade bag at 75 (I carry a lot of her bags, but this one is from a 'fun' collection and 100% frivolous!), a Canon 70d for Onederland and other things for each 10 lb milestone. Yes...I am a shopper, lol!
I have realized I will never be a small...but I am loving 10 and 12 and will likely be 100% done when I am solidly in the 10s and a few 8s...but small will never pull over my hiney and hips. GOOD FOR YOU for doing that and YAY for celebrating your achieving goal. WHOO HOO!!!!!
