Vits and water are in check!
Kenyatta - your menu sounds perfect (minus the tomato slices that I don't love). You must like savory food like I do :) Man am I thankful to be on solid (soft) foods now. I think this week I can theoretically incorporate more items than just soft proteins but since I am traveling I don't want to chance trying something and not feeling great.
I have coworkers here from Indy and said their kids' school was canceled for five days due to snow (and cold)! Stay inside! Enjoy your evening and I hope the slump has gone away. Being from Detroit myself, I know the January blahs!
Yes I'm feeling much better today... Thanks for asking!!!
Yes I love savory food more so now than I did before surgery. I just love experimenting with different foods and seasonings.
Yes it was horrible last week!!! Me being from Chicago should be use to snow storms but here in Indy... It was a mess! They don't plow nor do they drop any salt. Iced packed snow.... over 14 inches. I'm so ready to relocate to a warmer climate.
