Just curious
Both items have dairy. I get hot and sweaty after most meals with dairy ..some study suggest body allergic reaction,,, I am going to see allergist in a couple of weeks to see what is going on.
Since the beginning I get hot after a lot of meals - most RNY get cold - I am just opposite. I have to dress in layers because I get almost like hot flashes after any "major" meal...
